Frédéric Niola is the Global Innovation Director Personal Care at Cargill. He joined Cargill in 2017 to lead the innovation activities of Cargill Beauty and to coordinate the four regional hubs to provide optimal support for global and regional customers. Cargill Beauty focuses on technologies based on the vertical integration of ingredients, with a clear focus on sustainable supply chains, co-product valorization and on researching opportunities that originate from the food industry. The result is a broad portfolio of nature-derived personal care ingredients that support the wellbeing of consumers and the environment. Prior to joining Cargill, Niola held R&D and purchasing positions at L’Oréal.
