Description

With a dual degree in Engineering and Management from ESPCI Paris & ESSEC Business School, Laetitia joined L’Oréal R&I in 2018 to focus on the scouting of external partners for the development of novel cosmetics products and devices. In 2020, she joined the International Raw Materials Department to work more specifically on the identification of external green alternatives to fossil-derived functional ingredients. At the end of 2022, she moved to the newly formed Green Transformation & Strategic Partnerships team that support, at a global level, the transformation of L’Oréal’s portfolio of ingredients in response to our sustainability commitments to 2030 and beyond. She is in charge of all technology intelligence activities, building knowledge of external ecosystems and scouting of new opportunities.
