Charlotte has a background of engineer in biology, since 2014 she hold a position of Sustainable innovation manager within BASF Beauty Care Solutions ‘s R&D team, managing sustainability and biodiversity compliance in R&D activities. In the last two years, she has been involved in the development of the Responsibly Active Program, coordinating assessments and target settings with a cross-functional team of internal experts.
