Description

Céline Lévénez-Bougaran has a Master’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in formulation from Engineering School of Chemistry ENSCR in France. She is working at DOW as Associate Technical Service & Development Scientist in the Personal Care Industry. She started to work at Dow in Health Care Department as Research and Product Development Chemist, working on skin penetration and skin hydration methodologies, studying topical excipients and innovative projects in Dermatology. In Personal Care, she developed several testing methods for skin, sun and color applications, worked on innovative formulation development as well as becoming an expert in performance evaluation of silicones and organics raw materials. She is now technical project leader for the launch of Personal Care raw material and technical support for customers delivered by distribution in EMEA region.
