Description

With a Ph.D. of biochemistry, Pierre-Xavier is a researcher at CPE Lyon Formation Continue et Recherche, and manages the bioproduction platform of CPE Lyon, BioFactory, equipped with a lab-scale bioproduction chain. BioFactory is specialized in the development of innovative bioprocesses for the industry and collaborators training. Pierre-Xavier develops new technologies for the bioconversion of phenolic compounds by microorganisms and enzymatic processes.
