Anne-Marie Vincent has a Bachelor degree in Organic Chemistry from the Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège in Belgium. She is working at DOW as Technical Service & Development Scientist in the Personal Care Industry. She started to work as a development chemist at the University in Belgium before joining Dow Corning in 1990. She had multiple roles such as development chemist, project leader, customer service representative and team leader. Her experience is built on the evaluation of silicone and organic ingredients in skin care, hair care and color cosmetics applications. She also developed several test methods to quantify optical skin imperfections masking benefits. She is now supporting multiple Personal Care product launches.
