Description

Dr. Ana María Bravo currently works at IFF as Director Public Affairs Europe, where she promotes the sustainable benefits of IFF’s innovative solutions across markets such as food ingredients, fragrances, pharma solutions and as well as health & biobased sectors. She is currently a Board member of RCI (Renewable Carbon Initiative), and a member of EUBCE’s ISAC (EU Biomass Conference – International Scientific Advisory Committee). In her previous 20+ year career as an advocate for Bioeconomy, Ana María held various advocacy and communications roles at DuPont’s Industrial Biosciences, Danisco and Genencor, as well as an independent consultant. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Basel, CH (Cum Laude) and is of Colombian and Dutch nationality.
