Description

Hedda Weber is the managing director of Green Swanlings e.U. – Bioeconomy consulting & leadership coaching in R&D. She enjoys helping companies innovate sustainably and has built her career doing just that. She received her PhD in Chemistry from Graz University of Technology and concluded her habilitation thesis on at Johannes Kepler University. Last year she concluded a programme of study with the University of Cambridge in Business Sustainability Management. She worked with major companies in the biobased and Chemical Industries such as Lenzing, Sappi, Glanzstoff Industries, Kelheim Fibres, Austrocel, Covestro, or Sun Chemicals either as a manager in their innovation departments or in her function as the head of the Wood Chemistry & Biotech department at an RTO. She is currently located in Graz Austria.
