Fabrice GRAS is an Agronomy Engineer graduated from Montpellier SupAgro and specialized in Food Science. He worked during 15 years in R&D and technical sales support in clinical nutrition, industrial pastry, dietetic and dairy industry (Groupe Even-Laita, Nutribio-Sodiaal). Since 2007 Fabrice GRAS is working in JRS Rettenmaier France as BU Food France business Manager.
