Description

Olivier Bobin graduated with a MSc (1996) in Chemistry and a PhD (2001) in Physics of Archaeomaterials from the University of Bordeaux, France. In 2005, he founded, with Richard Cheret, CIRAM laboratory. He is currently CEO and scientific director. CIRAM is a private laboratory focused on scientific analysis and dating of ancient materials, and especially on radiocarbon dating. Ciram analyzes more than 2000 products a year. Radiocarbon can also be used for the industry : it is the only tool to qualify and quantify precisely the biobased fraction in any materials
